Please note that the Application may be hosted in countries other than yours, including the United States. By accessing the Application, you expressly consent to the transfer of your information outside of your home country, which may provide for different data protection rules than in your country. We make use of third-party service providers to store and process data, including your information, on our behalf. When acting on our behalf, such service providers are only authorized to collect, use, disclose or store personal information as described in this Privacy Policy. However, the government, courts, law enforcement, security, or regulatory agencies of a particular country may be able to obtain access to or disclosure of personal information as permitted by the laws of that country.

HOW IS INFORMATION REMOVED FROM MY ACCOUNT?
Even after you remove information from your account or profile, copies of that information may remain viewable elsewhere, to the extent it has been shared with others, it was otherwise distributed pursuant to your privacy settings, or it was copied or stored by other users. Removed and deleted information may remain on backup media for up to ninety (90) days prior to being deleted from our servers.
Deletion of your account can be achieved by emailing a written request to feedback@umshz.com
